This policy describes how Intuition of Science (Stephanie Mapatac Visarra, Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada) handles information when you use this website. It is a general notice, not legal advice.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to run the site and respond to you:
- Contact. Name, email, and the message you send through a form.
- Newsletter. Your email if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time from a newsletter email or by writing to us.
- Bookings. If you book a session, our scheduling provider (currently Cal.com) collects the details needed for that appointment.
- Shop. If you buy merch, our payment and print partners (for example Stripe and the print provider) process order and shipping details. We do not store full card numbers on this site.
- Accounts. If you sign in to the dashboard, we keep the account details needed to authenticate you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy lists to market to you.
Cookies and similar storage
Some storage is required for the site to work (theme, cart, sign-in session, and your cookie choice). That stays on. Optional analytics is off unless you turn it on. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Analytics (optional)
If you allow analytics, we may load a traffic tool (such as Google Analytics) with IP anonymization. It is used only in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. If you refuse or later turn it off, the script is not loaded and related cookies are cleared.
Video and Live
The Videos and Live pages embed YouTube (and, when a gathering uses a join link, that meeting provider). Playing or joining loads those services in your browser. They may set their own cookies; we do not control that. You can watch without creating an account on this site.
Who else sees information
We use trusted processors to host and operate the site (for example the web host, database provider, email/newsletter provider, payment processor, and booking calendar). They may only use the information to provide their service to us. We do not share information for their independent marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages and orders are kept as long as needed to respond, fulfil, and meet ordinary record-keeping. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you where we are able to.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or withdraw newsletter and analytics consent. Email admin@intuitionofscience.com. If you are in British Columbia, you may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of B.C.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will note it here.
