Wellness services — not medical advice
Offerings such as coaching, yoga, hypnotherapy, sound, or energy work are complementary practices. They are not medical, psychiatric, or emergency care and do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Do not delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Bookings
Session details, prices, and cancellation windows are listed on the relevant offering page. Bookings may be processed through a third-party calendar (currently Cal.com). Please read those details before you confirm. We may decline or reschedule a booking when needed.
Shop
Merch checkout is handled by our payment and print partners. Product availability, shipping, and returns follow what is shown at checkout and in any store notices. Prices are in the currency displayed.
Your use of the Site
Please do not misuse the Site — for example by attempting to break it, scrape it aggressively, or submit harmful or unlawful content through forms.
Intellectual property
Text, images, and other materials on the Site belong to Intuition of Science or their licensors unless noted. You may share a page link; please do not copy the work for commercial use without permission.
Live room
The Live page may show a YouTube stream or video, or a button to join a third-party call (for example Zoom, Google Meet, or Jitsi). Theater mode keeps a shared playhead so visitors watch the same public YouTube video at the same time. Only content the host has the right to share belongs there. Do not use this site to rebroadcast television programmes, films, or other copyrighted works you do not own or license.
Third-party services
Links and embeds (calendar, payments, video, email, live streams, and meeting rooms) are provided by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. We are not responsible for their sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of British Columbia, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
